SHI offers flexible, customizable reports of all license transactions. These reports can be provided based upon customer-established reporting needs. These reports typically reference critical data such as contract #s, manufacturer part #s, purchase order #s, etc., satisfying the manufacturer requirements in volume license program agreements. We also work proactively with our customers to provide Maintenance Renewal reports to deliver notification of upcoming maintenance renewal to prevent unexpected or untimely expiration of maintenance and support contracts.
