Before ordering, all customers must submit an affiliate enrollment form (http://partners.adobe.com/openoptions/clp/education_form_affiliate.html) before being eligible to purchase off of this contract. Below are some instructions for completing this form.

• ADOBE END USER ID: leave blank if unknown
• ADOBE SHIP TO ID: leave blank if unknown.
• CLP Membership Name: enter State of Texas Acting
• CLP Parent Membership Number: enter 4400106657 (This is the DIR’s Master Account Number)
• DESIGNATED ADOBE LICENSE CENTER SECTION:
  
  • Choose “North American” for the region
  • Choose “National and Regional Education Resellers – CLP Authorized”
  • Choose “Software House International – NJ (USA)” for the reseller name (SHI is the designated reseller for DIR)
• Upgrade Plan Payment Option: Choose Single Payment. If you add the optional upgrade protection with any new license purchase, it will last through January of 2011.

In about 7 business days, you will receive an email notification that your enrollment is approved. A new account number will be assigned and you will be ready to contact Software House International for ordering!

A WORD ABOUT CONCURRENCY: Concurrent Licenses are purchased based on the number of users who can use the software at any given time as opposed to how many desktops the software is installed on. The software typically resides on the server and metering software (must be purchased separately) is used to ensure that usage is not higher than the number of concurrent licenses owned.
