• Career Path: Ed started as an Inside Sales Representative with SHI in July of 1994, supporting sales executives in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area. Within 2 years he moved into SHI's Technical Department despite his limited computer training. Taking advantage of the immense in-house brain power and the emerging Internet knowledge resources, Ed developed a working understanding of PC operating systems and computer networking technology. In recent years, Ed's responsibilities have shifted to managing e-commerce initiatives and training customers on SHI's web systems.

• Career Path: Janet started in the Marketing department as a Marketing Specialist. She was later promoted to her current position as manager of the entire Marketing Department.

Frank, Class of 1995

• Current Position at SHI: Accounts Receivable Manager
• Career Path: Frank started as an accounting rep in the Accounts Receivable department in October of 1995. In this role, he had the opportunity to work with SHI's sales force and become familiar with various accounting issues and policies. In 1998, Frank was promoted to Accounts Receivable manager where his accounting expertise and problem-solving skills are invaluable to the entire department.

• Career Path: Keith started as a staff account and was then promoted to current position - Accounting Manager of SHI Government Solutions.

• Career Path: Mat started as an Inside Sales Representative. He was then promoted to Launch Coordinator and again promoted to the Technical Department as a Helpdesk Technician and has since then earned his certification as a Microsoft Systems Administrator.

• Current Position at SHI: HelpDesk Technician
• Career Path: Dave began his career at SHI in the Purchasing Department. There he worked with distribution and our sales force to coordinate corporate buys. Dave has since been promoted to HelpDesk where he handles internal technical issues.

• Career Path: Anthony started as an Inside Sales Representative, was then promoted to SHI's Licensing Department as a Licensing Product Champion. He was then promoted his current position as Configuration Technician.
